General Policies
Cancelations: without fees accepted until 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
Gratuities: children until 12 years are free of charge, when sharing the room with 2 adults.
Smoking policy: Non-smoking Hotel.
Check-in: after 15:00h.
Check-out: until 12:00h.
Breakfast: Our breakfast, buffet style, is included in all our rates and it’s served from 07:00 h to 11:30 h. The continental breakfast served in the bedroom has a service cost of 10€.
Safe: the Hotel is not responsible for any objects or documents that are not deposited, against receipt, in the reception safe. Nevertheless, all rooms are equipped with an electronic safe.
Municipal Tourist Tax : From January 1st, 2016, an “overnight tax” will be charged in the amount of 4,00€, per person, per night, up to a maximum of 28 € per person, effective for all guests over the age of 13 years. This tax will be charged directly by the hotel to its guests.

The Management of the Hotel Avenida Palace pledges to enhance the hotel through its charm, high level of comfort, personalized service and respect for its history and environment, advocating a performance with professionalism, ethics, friendliness and strict respect for the law, without neglecting the promotion of the country and, in particular, of the city of Lisbon.
It also strives to an open and transparent communication, involving and aligning employees to key procedures and achievement of scheduled results and promoting awareness and training to improve their skills and qualifications.
To ensure it, it undertakes, respects and constantly updates the procedures aimed at satisfying the requirements of our guests, suppliers, staff and other relevant parties.
